Mike Bihlmeier
President
Mike Bihlmeier is the President and is responsible for Computer Guidance's operations. In this role, Mike unites all business functions in delivering innovative solutions to the market while engaging in the creation and maintenance of customer relationships.
Mike began his career in ERP software in 1999 serving 5 years as VP/COO and 7 years as President for CRC Information Systems, Inc., a Reynolds and Reynolds Company. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from San Diego State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
Steven Gross
VP of Client Solutions
Steven Gross is responsible for leading initiatives designed to maximize the effectiveness and utilization of Computer Guidance software applications at customer environments. As the Vice President of Client Solutions, Steven’s focus is on assisting Computer Guidance customers in realizing the highest levels of ROI from the Computer Guidance eCMS enterprise resource planning solution by delivering expert review and analysis of system usage, gap analysis, and best practices consulting.
Steven has over 30 years of experience working with and advising construction companies on successfully implementing accounting and project management systems. Steven was responsible for the initial development and leadership of the Professional Services organization at Computer Guidance, and has served in a number of management and sales positions throughout his career at Computer Guidance. Steven holds a BS degree in Business Information Systems from Illinois State University.
Victoria Satran
VP of Marketing
Victoria Satran leads Computer Guidance Corporation’s marketing efforts, including marketing communications, public relations, events, lead generation efforts, and business development support.
Victoria began her career at IKON Office Solutions, Inc., where she served numerous project management roles for the corporate marketing department. Victoria was later responsible for business development, product strategy and marketing communications for a division of Electronics For Imaging, Inc., a California-based software development company. Victoria became the VP of Marketing at MWA Intelligence, Inc., an entrepreneurial M2M software solutions provider in Scottsdale, Arizona that was acquired by Electronics For Imaging, Inc.
Victoria graduated from Northern Arizona University, where she received her BS degree in Business Administration, International Marketing. In addition, she continued her education at Thunderbird, American Graduate School of International Management, where she received her Global Leadership Certificate. Victoria holds ITIL certification.
Ken Kopal
Director of Business Intelligence and Emerging Technologies
As the Director of Business Intelligence and Emerging Technologies, Ken Kopal is responsible for Computer Guidance's new and emerging product development initiatives, including product strategy, project management, resource allocation and development with an emphasis on Web 2.0/3.0, big data, business intelligence, and analytics.
Prior to Computer Guidance, Ken was a Senior Programmer and Project Manager of CSK Auto, Phoenix, AZ, where he was responsible for solution maintenance on multiple IBM platforms and establishing and managing the company's data warehouse initiative. Prior to CSK Auto, Ken served in numerous technology roles as a development manager, programmer, business analyst, and project manager. Ken has a degree in Computer Science and Accounting from Glendale Community College.
Sean Collins
.NET Development Manager
Sean Collins is responsible for our new product development efforts maintaining Computer Guidance’s reputation as the most innovative, reliable and complete construction software provider. Sean works hand-in-hand with our new product development team delivering cutting-edge device-agnostic web technologies from researching new technologies, developing software applications to supporting our clients' implementations. Sean also ensures that our product development efforts properly align with our company overall product strategy.
Sean joined Computer Guidance in 2016 with over 15 years of software development experience and leadership. Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Minor in Mathematics from Northern Arizona University.
James Strang
Director of Application DevelopmentJames Strang heads up Computer Guidance's application development team and is responsible for managing the daily activities, including the planning, execution and delivery of eCMS core applications, updates and enhancements to customers and assurance that development activities are meeting the companies stated objectives and product strategy. James has been with Computer Guidance Corporation since 1999 and has over 30 years software development experience.
Jon Jerpbak
Software Delivery Manager
Jon is responsible for all aspects of delivering Computer Guidance’s software solutions, including quality, documentation, and the completeness and timeliness of software installation. His primary goal is to unite the resources and coordinate the activities of those engaged in the testing, packaging, and deployment of product updates and releases.
Jon has been a programmer working with IBM Midrange systems for 36 years, and much of this time has been spent on specializing in Software/Lifecycle Change Management (ALM) systems. Jon has worked for different software vendors providing ALM solutions and completing various software system implementations. His expertise includes, but not limited to system/technology environment analysis, software configuration, implementation, staff training, working with auditors, and providing application support. Jon has also taught programming as an adjunct instructor at the community college level.
Jon joined Computer Guidance in 2014 to be the administrator of the Aldon Lifecycle Management system. He was tasked with improving the customer’s confidence with CGC’s delivery of updates and fixes. Since then Jon has developed and implemented various operating procedures and standards, automated processes, and put in place analysis tools to improve the accuracy of updates.
Kimberly Stoll
Director of Technical ServicesKim Stoll leads the Computer Guidance Technical Services department and is responsible for managing the daily activities, including the planning, execution, and delivery of Computer Guidance IT infrastructure, and assurance where technical activities are following SaaS SLA guidelines. Kim has been with Computer Guidance Corporation since September 2012 and has over 30 years’ experience on various technical applications/hardware with an emphasis on IBMi administration.
James Carroll, CPA
Manager of Application SupportJames directs the Application Software Support department in providing application problem solving to customers and serving as a liaison between the customer base and other Computer Guidance departments. James is a CPA with over 40 years of accounting experience, with 25 of those years working for Computer Guidance. His mix of experience at Computer Guidance, along with his tenured staff, gives customers the competitive edge to make them more successful.
