New Governance Framework Strengthens Oversight and Accountability Across the Organization
Scottsdale, Arizona—September 30, 2026 – Computer Guidance Corporation, a provider of cloud-based ERP solutions for the construction industry, today announced a suite of cybersecurity efforts as part of its commitment to provide a secure, reliable, and resilient environment for its customers, partners, and employees.
CGC, with support from its parent company, JDM Technology Group, has implemented enhanced cybersecurity standards, policies, and governance practices designed to reduce risk, protect systems and data, and strengthen its ability to prevent, detect, and respond to evolving cyber threats.
The company has put into place a comprehensive framework of protection including strengthened governance and oversight, which is stewarded by a dedicated security delegate. The pillars of its strategic cybersecurity governance include the following:
- Creation of a Business Continuity Policy and Data Recovery Plan, to be reviewed and updated annually
- Creation of a Risk Assessment Policy, to be reviewed and updated annually
- Mandatory cybersecurity training for all employees, with regular refresher training to ensure its team is working with the latest information.
- Implementation of training and filters against phishing
- Holding access reviews for all critical applications on a quarterly basis

- Cybersecurity Awareness Training – Ongoing security training and phishing awareness testing for employees.
- Vulnerability & Patch Management – Processes to identify, address, and reduce potential security vulnerabilities.
- Access Controls & Reviews – Established schedules and processes for regular reviews of user and privileged access to critical systems and applications.
- Incident Response – Defined procedures for identifying, reporting, and responding to cybersecurity incidents within CGC and JDM Technology Group.
- Network & Infrastructure Security – Enhanced network perimeter security, segmentation, encryption, and other protective measures.
