This strategic acquisition enhances JDM Technology Group’s construction software portfolio and strengthens its presence in the Australian and Asia-Pacific markets. The transaction closed on November 29 with approval from Buildlogic’s owner.
With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth, Buildlogic has been providing innovative construction management solutions tailored to the needs of developers, builders, and contractors across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific region. Known for its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features, Buildlogic helps streamline project planning, budget management, document management, contractor management, and more.
Buildlogic will join JDM Technology Group’s extensive portfolio of construction software companies, which includes industry leaders such as CSSP, LEVESYS, RedSkyIT, Explorer Software, and more. It will continue to operate as its own brand.
