JDM Technology Group, the parent company of Computer Guidance, acquires Nimbus software company.
Founded in 1978, Nimbus offers business management software to customers involved in quoting and contracting with a focus on electrical, plumbing, and road contractors. The acquisition continues the JDM Group’s global Buy and Build strategy to acquire construction software companies and grow them within the group. The Nimbus team will continue to operate as a separate business from their Nelson office on the South Island.
