eCMS Connect for Procore delivers end-to-end construction financial and project management by leveraging the feature-rich functionality of Procore PM and eCMS ERP. Built on a flexible, scalable Web Services platform, eCMS Connect for Procore provides a turnkey solution enabling near real-time data exchange and standardized business processes across field project operations and corporate financial management disciplines.
The integrated solution provides integrated financial and operations data for tighter financial control and greater visibility to project activities.
The integration allows for flexible scheduling of data sync including group assignments. Users can set up different integration services into groups, each service can have its own group while a single group can have multiple services. Multiple groups support integration at different time intervals with the ability to turn integration runs and intervals on and off. The integration also allows for email event-driven notifications and users have the ability to globally turn on and off notification emails per instance.
The integration further allows users to take advantage of eCMS productivity tools such as content management, business intelligence and analytics, mobile forms, workflows and alerts, and more with information captured, housed and processed in eCMS and in Procore.
