Dear CGC Customers:
eCMS v4.2 Fix Pack 3 – Hot Fix 314 (HF314) is now available for all Production and Test environments.
Please note:
✅The minimum eCMS release level required for HF314 is v4.2 Fix Pack 3 – Hot Fix 313.
✅Installation of HF314 DOES require all users to be logged out of eCMS.
The eCMS v4.2 FP3 HF314 Release Notes document is available on the CGC Portal/Knowledge Center. Please review the documentation and schedule installation as soon as possible.
For hosted customers:
Delivery of HF314 to Test environments has already begun. We will soon be contacting you regarding updates to your Production environments.
Customers who have previously requested notification prior to Production updates will be contacted by Software Delivery shortly.
If you would prefer a specific date/time for these updates or have any questions, please submit a ticket requesting to be contacted by Software Delivery.
For non-hosted customers:
Please submit a ticket requesting the installation of HF314 into your Production/Test Environments.
Following the install of updates and after nightly processing, the updated eCMS Release Level will display in the lower right hand corner of the eCMS menu. Thank you!
