| Dear CGC Customers: The 2025 3rd Quarter Update (Q53) is now available for Test Environments that are at Hot Fix 309 or later.The 2025 Quarter 3 Update (Q53) Release Notes document is located on the CGC Portal/Knowledge Center. eCMS Updates Release Notes under eCMS v.4.2 F03 2025 3rd Quarter (Q53) Update Release Notes. Included in the Q53 update are changes for: 2503608 (IDI2500070) – ICI – TC History Detail – Identify Federal Overtime Exempt. Detailed documentation will be made available on the website for the new IDI for Overtime Premium Calculation. This document will include all steps to have Overtime Premium Deductions printed on the W2. For hosted customers: We will be contacting you regarding the scheduling of Test Environment upgrades. If the scheduled date/time does not work out for you, please contact Software Delivery. You may also submit a ticket requesting the installation of eCMS 4.2 Fix Pack 3 – 2025 3rd Quarter Update (Q53). For on-premise customers: Please submit a ticket requesting the installation of eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 – 2025 3rd Quarter Update (Q53) into your Test Environment(s). You will be contacted to be placed on our install schedule. If you need further assistance with the setup, then please go on-line and submit a ticket for help. The 2025 3rd Quarter Update (Q53) does not require a dedicated environment to be installed. However, the Web Application Server (WAS) does need to be stopped/started for all changes to take effect. The cases that require the restart of the WAS are indicated in the 2025 3rd Quarter Update (Q53) Release Notes. For on-premise customer, if your nightly processing does not stop/start the WAS, please let us know so we can do that once we complete the update. Thank you! |
