| Hot Fix 309 (HF309) is now available for all Test Environments that are currently at eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 Hot Fix 308. For hosted customers: The Software Delivery Team will be contacting you regarding the scheduling of your Test environment upgrade. If the date selected does not work out for you, please let us know. You may also submit a ticket requesting the installation of eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 – Hot Fix 309.
