CGC Successfully Passes SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II Audits

Computer Guidance Corporation has successfully passed the SOC 1 Type II and SOC 2 Type II Audits for its cloud hosting systems, services, and associated processes, and has received its annual System and Organization Control (SOC) SOC 1 and SOC 2 attestation engagement reports for the eCMS Hosting Service system that was designed and implemented throughout the period January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 Hot Fix 309 is available for ALL environments

Dear CGC Customers:

Hot Fix 309 (HF309) is now available for all Production and Test environments, that are currently at eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3, Hot Fix 308.

The Hot Fix 309 Release Notes document is located on the CGC Portal/Knowledge Center. eCMS Updates Release Notes under eCMS v.4.2 F03 HF309 Release Notes.

Please review the documentation and schedule installation as soon as possible.

For hosted customers:
The Software Delivery Team will be contacting you regarding the scheduling of your Production or Test environment upgrade. If the date selected does not work out for you, please let us know.
You may also submit a ticket requesting the installation of 4.2 Fix Pack 3 – Hot Fix 309.

For non-hosted customers:
Please submit a ticket requesting the installation of 4.2 Fix Pack 3 – Hot Fix 309 into your Production or Test environments. Thank you! 

[Payroll Tax Tables Update] – New Tax Tables Changes Available Effective 01.13.2025

Dear  Payroll Tax Table Upload Subscriber,

The next round of changes for tax year 2025 are now available for import. This is the third set of PTT updates for 2025 (01.01.2025, 01.06.2025, and 01.13.2025)

This includes 5 States see the list below. The remaining states and territories will be updated and notifications will be sent as soon as additional states have changes or are known to not have changes. 

Here are the U.S. states that are ready to be imported.


Note:  All state and federal tax tables are reloaded in every import file.  States with unknown changes at this time will have rates from year 2024 automatically brought forward. If you need assistance, please submit a Support Ticket and someone will reach out to help you. Thank you.
