August – Web2 Views, Menu Items, Navigation, and Security (08/20/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) A comprehensive, advanced session covering Web2 security, navigation, menu items, and views. Prior working knowledge of Web2 is strongly recommended. September – New Enhancements and Features (09/17/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) A review and demonstration of new features, enhancements, and modifications developed since July 2025. We will discuss availability, required product levels, and demo key updates such as Positive Pay / Bank Reconciliation alongside many others. October – API Integrations (10/15/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) An overview of supported file formats and API integration options, including Java and Web2 integrations. November – eForms (11/19/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) Learn how to customize eForms, restore and republish them, manage routing and email processes, and more. December – HRSS (12/17/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) A comprehensive overview of the HRSS application, including setup, functionality, and guidance on rolling it out within your organization.

The Bank Reconciliation Overview Video and Presentation can be located on the CGC Portal under the eCMS Core Applications webpage and it is available to ALL customers.

The March CGCU Webinar will focus on how to import bank statements and reconcile them against AP, PR, and GL transactions. This includes automatic and manual matching of transactions. The CGCU live webinar recording with the discussions and notes will be only made available to CGCU members.

Our next webinar will be held TOMORROW on February 20th on File Import Employee Deductions and Equipment Usage. Join us to learn how to Import files in various formats (CSV, Excel, Fixed width, JSON) and customizable templates into forms and a growing list of other data imports. The import formats will be user customizable.
