Dear CGC Customers:
Hot Fix 308 (HF308) is now available for all environments, Production and Test, that are currently at Hot fix eCMS v.4.2 Fix Pack 3 – Hot Fix 307.
The Hot Fix 308 Release Notes document is located on the CGC Portal/Knowledge Center. eCMS Updates Release Notes under eCMS v.4.2 F03 HF308 Release Notes.
Important job cost changes are included please review documentation and schedule installation as soon as possible.
For hosted customers:
CGC has started the installs into all hosted test environments. We will be contacting you regarding the scheduling of production environment upgrades.
You may also submit a ticket requesting the installation of 4.2 Fix Pack 3 – Hot Fix 308.
For non-hosted customers:
Please submit a ticket requesting the installation of 4.2 Fix Pack 3 – Hot Fix 308 into your Production and/or Test environments to begin scheduling.
