The eCMS v4.2 Fix Pack 3 Hot Fix 312 (HF312) and Hot Fix 313 (HF313) are now available for all Customer Production and Test environments.

Hot Fix Details

  • HF312 includes all updates from Hot Fix 310, Hot Fix 312, and the 2025 3rd Quarter Update.
  • HF313 includes additional enhancements, fixes to eForms identified in HF312, and new programs for viewing Release Update History.

Hosted Customers

We will reach out to schedule your Test environment upgrade.
If the proposed date or time does not work for your team, please contact Software Delivery to coordinate installation of HF312 and HF313.
You may also submit a ticket requesting installation.

On-Premise Customers

Please submit a ticket requesting installation of HF312 and HF313 for your Production or Test environments. You will then be contacted to be added to our installation schedule.
If you need assistance with set-up, please submit a ticket for support.

Environment Requirements

  • HF312 requires installation in a dedicated environment.
  • HF313 does not require a dedicated environment.

January – Incident Creation and Management (01/15/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) Learn how to create, manage, edit, and expedite incidents, add attachments, and use the Customer Support System effectively. We will also explain how incidents are prioritized and how responses are handled.

May – Cognos BI v12 Overview (05/21/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) A detailed walkthrough of Cognos version 12, highlighting navigation, use cases, and helpful tips and tricks to improve your reporting experience.

June – New File Imports (06/18/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) An overview of various import functions, including (but not limited to): Web2 GL Journal Entry, GL Budgets, PR/HR Employees, and Payroll Entry

July – Customer Focus 2026 / No CGCU Session No CGCU webinar this month.

August – Web2 Views, Menu Items, Navigation, and Security (08/20/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) A comprehensive, advanced session covering Web2 security, navigation, menu items, and views. Prior working knowledge of Web2 is strongly recommended.

September – New Enhancements and Features (09/17/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) A review and demonstration of new features, enhancements, and modifications developed since July 2025. We will discuss availability, required product levels, and demo key updates such as Positive Pay / Bank Reconciliation alongside many others.

October – API Integrations (10/15/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) An overview of supported file formats and API integration options, including Java and Web2 integrations.

November – eForms (11/19/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) Learn how to customize eForms, restore and republish them, manage routing and email processes, and more.

December – HRSS (12/17/2026 – 10:00 AM MST) A comprehensive overview of the HRSS application, including setup, functionality, and guidance on rolling it out within your organization.

2026 CGC Monthly Hosted/SaaS eCMS Maintenance Schedule
Below is the hosted maintenance schedule for calendar year 2026. This schedule is available for your reference on the 2026 Hosted Maintenance Schedule landing page, as well as on the calendar located on the CGC Portal home page.

Email communication will be sent out three times each month prior to the scheduled hosted maintenance window. You may choose to add these dates to your calendars now to ensure you have monthly reminders.

Please note that all users must be completely logged out of the system during these maintenance windows. The hosted maintenance will take place on the third weekend of each month, beginning at 12:00 p.m. MST/AZ on Saturday and concluding at 8:00 a.m. MST/AZ on Sunday. All systems will be fully operational by 8:00 a.m. MST/AZ on Sunday morning following each scheduled maintenance.

Please plan accordingly with your team, and if you have any questions, please let us know.
